Terms of Service | The Crossroads

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at thecrossroads.store ("Site"), placing an order, or otherwise engaging with The Crossroads ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
Card conditions (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) are graded by our staff and are subjective. We strive for accuracy but minor grading differences may occur.
Product images for trading cards are sourced from Scryfall and may not reflect the exact printing in stock unless otherwise noted.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Sales tax may be applied based on your location and applicable law.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently accept orders from outside the US.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot redirect or recall shipments once dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Singles may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the item received does not match the listed condition, in its original packaging and unplayed.
Sealed product may be returned within 7 days only if received damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on items that have been played, altered, or damaged after receipt.
To initiate a return, contact us before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, and branding are the property of The Crossroads. Card names, images, and set information are the property of their respective publishers (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, etc.). Card images are sourced from Scryfall. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content from this Site without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Crossroads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Crossroads operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
